MY YOGA JOURNEY:
I was born in Poland and have been living in The Hague, the Netherlands, since 2002.
Movement has always been a part of my life. Growing up in Poland, I trained in acrobatics until I was 17 years old, which gave me a strong foundation in body awareness, strength, flexibility, and discipline.
I was first introduced to yoga in 2004 while studying at acting school. It immediately felt like home, but it was after spending three months travelling through India in 2010 that my curiosity sparked deeper & yoga became a path I decided to follow.
I completed my three-year Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and have continued to deepen my knowledge ever since. In 2019, I completed Yin Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 in Norway, followed by the Secondary Teacher Training in 2021, both with Sarah Powers.
For over 14 years, I have been teaching a wide variety of yoga styles. Today, my classes combine everything I have learned and experienced over the years, including Yin, Yin Yang, Hatha, Hatha Flow, Soft Hatha, Soft Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Senior (65+) & Chair Yoga. Each class is thoughtfully adapted to the needs of the people in front of me. I am deep feeler of the group, my classes are unraveling in the moment & co-created with whomever is in my space.
At the moment, I teach students ranging in age from 16 to 91 years old. My work includes group classes, private one-to-one sessions, senior yoga, and yoga for secondary school students and their teachers. I love seeing how yoga can support every body and every stage of life. Whether you are looking for more strength, flexibility, relaxation, balance, or simply the joy of moving, there is a practice for you.
My senior classes combine gentle yoga, chair yoga, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques, allowing everyone to participate comfortably at their own level while improving mobility, vitality, balance, and confidence.
My teaching style is warm, welcoming, and personal. Yoga has taught me to slow down, listen to my body, and move through life with greater awareness and kindness. It continues to remind me that caring for our body is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
For me, yoga is not about touching your toes—it’s about coming home to yourself. My hope is that every class helps you feel a little stronger, more at ease, and a little more in love with yourself & with life.
I look forward to welcoming you on the mat. 🌿
