Family Constellation Sessions

Family Constellations are a method that works with family systems and generational trauma — patterns, emotions, and inner blockages that often didn’t start with you, yet continue to influence how you feel, relate, and move through life. People come to a constellation session when they experience repeating relationship patterns, unexplained emotions, inner pressure, or a sense of being stuck or held back, even after doing a lot of personal or therapeutic work. Very often, these themes are connected to inherited loyalties, survival patterns, or unresolved experiences within the family system & our ancestors.

I offer 1 : 1 Family Constellation Sessions and Pre- & Perinatal constellations.

Family Constellation Sessions can support themes such as:

  • repeating relationship or family patterns
  • feeling out of place, blocked, or disconnected
  • emotional burdens that don’t seem to belong to you
  • difficulties with boundaries, belonging, or direction

Pre- & perinatal constellations focus on the earliest phase of life and work with themes such as:

  • birth trauma or medical interventions
  • early or difficult births
  • twin dynamics (born twin or lost twin)
  • early bonding experiences and first life imprints

Over the past two years, I have completed three professional trainings in constellation work, including family constellations and pre- & perinatal constellations, at Wonder boven wonder.

Practical:

The constellation itself lasts approximately 75 minutes.

We intentionally take time before and after the session to arrive, ground, and gently close the work.

For this reason, sessions are booked within a 1.5 ~ 2-hour time window.
Sessions take place in my home, in a calm, safe, and grounded setting.

This reflects both the depth of the work and the care and preparation involved, including the creation of a personal genogram i make beforehand, based upon a 60 question list i send you beforehand & ask you to deliver me 3 days prior to our appointment.

Practical note

I live with two cats. If you have a cat allergy, please let me know in advance so I can pay extra attention to this.

I also kindly ask you to avoid wearing strong perfume (preferably none at all), to keep the space as neutral and comfortable as possible.
If you feel a yes to exploring what may be carried through your family system — and what wants to change — you are warmly welcome.
