Join us, Kinga and Joy for this transformative breath journey designed specifically for women. This workshop will guide you towards connecting more deeply with yourself and your Womb, exploring your relationship with this profoundly potent power place within your female body.

Through connective breath-work, conscious touch, movement & sharing circles, we will embark on a path to self-discovery and healing.

Our Womb is a magical organ, a portal between the spiritual and the physical realms, bridging these two worlds, channeling our creative inspiration into tangible realities. It is also our first home, our nourishing sanctuary, a source of primal force & natural vitality. It holds the keys to the collective innate wisdom of the feminine, is a temple of our inner knowing that transcends any analytical understanding. A place that knows deeply and needs no explanation. Our inherent connection to nature & the moon.

We live in a busy world where we don’t always have time to pause. Where the constant speed & chatter of the mind often clouds our inner voices. The Womb is also like a sponge, storing unprocessed emotions, memories of past relationships or generational trauma. Any unresolved experience will obstruct our ability to access the deep inner wisdom that resides there.

When we come together with other women, creating a space of mature sisterhood, support & authenticity, we activate the codes of ancient remembrance in our bodies. We instantly multiply our power, grow & heal together.

This evening is dedicated to facilitate that remembrance.

By bravely being with, awakening/releasing any parts of us that are ready to be met. With softness, unconditional love, humor and compassion ~ as we are entering the darker seasons of the year ~ we will descend to our own darkness and with that ~ spaciousness of the Womb. Bringing light in, as our own best Mothers.
