Description
This nourishing yin yoga practice is an invitation to slow down and align with the deep rhythm of winter.
Inspired by the Winter Solstice and the Water element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this 2-hour session focuses on the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder — organs connected to vitality, deep listening, and inner trust.
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year: a symbolic turning point where light is not yet visible, but already returning. Through long-held, supported yin poses, you are guided to rest deeply, release unnecessary effort, and listen inward — where change begins quietly.
This practice can be revisited throughout the winter whenever your body and nervous system need warmth, stillness, and simplicity.
